Lt. Gen. Ben Dolorfino, commander, Western Mindanao Command, Armed Forces of the Philippines, awards Capt. Nathan Knowles, Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 1 officer-in-charge, the Philippine Military Civic Action Medal during an awards ceremony held at the Western Mindanao Command Headquarters May 13. Twenty-five Seabees received the medal for their accomplishments over the past 10 months, including civil military operations and humanitarian assistance construction projects.
