Members from the Joint Base San Antonio Fire Department, Universal City Fire Department, Live Oak Fire Department and the 902nd Security Forces Squadron complete a table-top strategies and tactics exercise at JBSA-Randolph June 24, 2016. The exercise - a part of a Strategies and Tactics course offered by Insource, a fire service training and consulting company - allows students to learn how to identify critical fire ground problems in simulated incidents and develop action plans to solve each problem.
