Bill Ivey, Executive Director of Homes for Our Troops, welcomes S.C. National Guardsman, Sgt. Robert Barber, 133rd Military Police Company, to his new home during a community kickoff, July 30 at the Chapin Town Hall. Homes for Our Troops is a non-profit organization that has built more than 40 homes for seriously injured and disabled Soldiers.
