Neller delivers a speech about what it means to be an officer in the U.S. Marine Corps and thanks the family members who came to the Officer Candidates School graduation ceremony aboard Marine Corps Base Quantico, Va., Aug. 6, 2016. Officer Candidate Class 222 had the most OCS graduates than any other class since 2009. Neller was the observing officer for the ceremony.
