Boy Scouts, Junior Naval Reserve Officer Training Corps cadets, parents and teachers observe Marines and Sailors ‘manning the rails’ aboard the amphibious transport dock ship USS Somerset (LPD 25) as the vessel sails into Seattle, Aug. 2, 2016. The Marines and Sailors are in Seattle for the annual Seafair Fleet Week. Fleet Week is an opportunity to interact with the public and allow Marines and sailors to share their experiences with Seattleites.
