A black high-altitude reconnaissance aircraft, consistent with a U-2 Dragon Lady, is taxiing or landing on a military airfield runway. The aircraft's distinctive long, glider-like wings are clearly visible, along with what appears to be a chase vehicle (white sedan) following alongside on the taxiway. The environment appears arid and hazy, suggesting a desert or semi-arid location.
