A UH-60L Black Hawk assigned to Joint Task Force-Bravo’s 1st Battalion, 228th Aviation Regiment positions a flight paramedic to extract a role player acting as a patient during an open water hoist training scenario off the coast of Belize District, July 21, 2016.
