United States Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld (center, in black) meets with Soldiers at the 67th Combat Support Hospital in Mosul, Iraq, December 24. Rumsfeld visited the Soldiers three days after an explosion in the dining facility at Forward Operating Base Marez in Mosul left 22 dead.
