A Fijian Soldier fires a M240B medium machinegun during machinegun drills, as part of live-fire training, July 14, 2016, at Ovalau, Fiji, during a multi-national, bilateral exercise between U.S. service members, with Task Force Koa Moana, and Soldiers with the Republic of Fiji Military Forces. During the exercise the service members conducted vertical construction training, live-fire training, jungle survival training and patrol base operation training to increase interoperability and relations. The Marines and Sailors are with Task Force Koa Moana, originally assigned to I and III Marine Expeditionary Force and Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 4.
