Nathaniel Lowry a ground intelligence officer with Special Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force-Crisis Response-Africa, reviews intelligence analysis with members of the Ghanaian Navy during Tactical Intel Support to Maritime Operations Center course at Tema, Ghana, July 14, 2016.
