Army Reserve Sgt. 1st Class Winston, Y. Ahn of Upland, California with the 426th Civil Affairs Battalion (ABN) in Upland, California, Spc. Eric H. Ries from Center Point, Iowa with 1st Platoon Weapons Squad Alpha Company 133rd Infantry Regiment out of Dubuque, Iowa questions related to his desire to share information in exchange for 25 steaks and a grill as well as other requests during Arctic Anvil a U.S. Army Pacific level exercise at Fort Greely, Alaska. Reis and other members of his platoon played the role of civilians on the battlefield during the exercise as support for the exercise for the units annual training.
