    New York Army National Guard 1st Lt. Vadim Yegorov, a fire direction officer for Bravo Battery, 1st Battalion, 258th Field Artillery, based in Bronx, N.Y., forwards a target list and fire plans to a radio operator who in turn relays the information to the M119 Howitzer gunner during training at the Joint Readiness Training Center, Ft. Polk, La., July 26, 2016. Approximately 3,000 Soldiers from New York joined 2,000 other state Army National Guard units, active Army and Army Reserve troops as part of the 27th Infantry Brigade Combat Team task force.
