Sailors assigned to Explosive Ordnance Disposal Mobile Unit 1 and Naval Special Warfare Unit 3 leap from an altitude of 10,000 feet from an SH-60 Sea Hawk helicopter during a free fall jump training exercise. EODMU-1 and NSWU-3 are conducting joint training operations in Manama, Bahrain, to increase cohesiveness between the two special warfare units.
