Kevin Whitaker, the senior enlisted leader for the North Carolina National Guard’s 60th Troop Command, hands our American flag patches like the ones Soldier’s wear on their uniforms to players on the U.S.A. Baseball 15 and Under National Team during a visit to the 449th Theater Aviation Brigade’s Headquarters in Morrisville, North Carolina on July 22, 2016.
