GREAT LAKES, Ill. (July 20, 2016) – U. S. Navy fleet, force and command master chiefs observe recruits go through firefighting training at the Navy’s only boot camp, Recruit Training Command (RTC) here, July 20. The fleet, force and command master chiefs were attending an Enlisted Board of Advisors (EBOA) Conference held at RTC. The conference, hosted by Naval Service Training Command in the USS Iowa RTC headquarters complex, was an opportunity for the master chiefs to return to the Navy’s only boot camp and observe current recruit training.
