Kim Liszka, an emergency room nurse from Macungie, Pennsylvania, descends a rope to cross a river while competing on the Discovery Channel's survival competition series American Tarzan, which was filmed on the Caribbean island of Dominica. The former Army Reserve captain is one of four competitors left standing on the show. The finale airs Wednesday, July 27 at 10/9 C on the Discovery Channel.
