The 177th Fighter Wing civil engineers’ planned projects included plumbing, electrical, ceramic tile, roofing, and door and frame maintenance and installations. New Jersey and Albania are paired under the National Guard's State Partnership Program and are a proven partnership built upon shared values, experiences and vision.
