Soldiers from Baltic Nations and the U.S. stand in formation at a Latvian change of command ceremony at Camp Adazi, Latvia July 19, 2016. Participating in the ceremony are soldiers of 3rd Battalion, 69th Armor Regiment who are training with their Baltic allies in support of Operation Atlantic Resolve, a U.S. led effort in Eastern Europe to demonstrate U.S. commitment to the collective security of NATO and dedication to enduring peace and stability in the region.
