Inouye Asia-Pacific Center for Security Studies in Honolulu, provides opening remarks at the July 8 “RIMPAC HA/DR and Chaplaincy Symposium.” The event was an extension of RIMPAC 2016 centered at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, HI, and surrounding waters.
