Shawn Wentz, heavy equipment operator with the New Jersey Air National Guard, uses a piece of steel reinforcing bar to work freshly poured concrete all the way through the form in Vau i Dejës, Albania on July 11, 2016. The 177th Fighter Wing civil engineers were working on Humanitarian and Civic Assistance renovation projects at a local school during their two week deployment for training.
