    Sgt. 1st Class Melissa McDonald, 49th Military Police Brigade, long range plans non-commissioned officer in charge, secures a tie-down strap with a serial-numbered U.S. Customs seal to prevent unauthorized tampering of property and equipment during the long trip home via cargo ships or air transport, Sather Air Base, Iraq, April 19.
