The alleged terrorist was detained at a checkpoint by Iraqi security forces from the Abassi Iraqi Police Station, near Hawijah, Iraq, Sunday, April 11. The suspect, a leader of an improvised explosive device cell in Hawijah, is suspected of involvement with numerous murders and bombings against Iraqi citizens and Iraqi and U.S. forces.
