JOINT BASE PEARL HARBOR-HICKAM (July 9, 2016) - Naval Air Crewman (Helicopter) 1st Class Brett Collins, from Jackson, Tennessee, conducts a tour on USS John C. Stennis' (CVN 74) flight deck during the Rim of the Pacific maritime exercise open ship tour event. RIMPAC, held from June 30 to Aug. 4, in and around the Hawaiian Islands and Southern California, will include 26 nations, more than 40 ships and submarines, more than 200 aircraft and 25,000 personnel. Providing a combat-ready force to protect collective maritime interests, John C. Stennis is operating as part of the Great Green Fleet on a regularly scheduled Western Pacific deployment.
