    Bagpipes brought everywhere by Patrick J. Carroll, the governance and cultural advisor for the I MEF (FWD) Civil Affairs Group, easily fit into a small guncase. Carroll has played the bagpipes since the age 30 even bringing the tunes of the pipes to Iraq and Afghanistan.
