U.S. Army soldiers assigned to 3rd Battalion, 69th Armored Regiment, are helping children pose with an Advanced Combat Helmet (ACH) and Improved Outer Tactical Vest (IOTV) for pictures at a U.S. Independence day picnic in Riga, Latvia, hosted by the American Chamber of Commerce, July 2, 2016. The Soldiers of 3rd Bn., 69th Arm. Rgmt. are training with their Latvian allies in support of Atlantic Resolve which is being conducted in Eastern Europe to demonstrate U.S. commitment to the collective security of NATO and dedication to enduring peace and stability in the region.
