Riga Voices, a local Latvian band, sings the U.S. and Latvian national anthems at a U.S. Independence day picnic in Riga, Latvia, hosted by the American Chamber of Commerce, July 2, 2016. Soldiers from the 3rd Battalion, 69th Armored Regiment were in attendance at the event. U.S. soldiers in the country are training with their Latvian allies in support of Operation Atlantic Resolve which is being conducted in Eastern Europe to demonstrate U.S. commitment to the collective security of NATO and dedication to enduring peace and stability in the region.
