Staff Sgt. Thomas Dwyer from Cumberland, R.I., assigned to 101st Engineer Battalion explains how to determine repairs needed on a window air conditioning unit at Camp Yassir April 11. Dwyer, along with a team of Soldiers from 101st Eng. Bn., spent 10 days teaching Iraqi army soldiers basic and advanced maintenance techniques to allow them to better maintain their facilities.
