Michael Wehr, Mississippi Valley Division commander, during a change of command ceremony at the Landmark Center in St. Paul, Minnesota, June 30. Wehr officiated the ceremony and welcomed Calkins as the incoming commander He also bid farewell to the outgoing commander, Col. Dan Koprowski.
