Cpl. Kyle R. Obrien, a wireman with Regimental Combat Team 2, connects wiring for a newly constructed headquarters building aboard Camp Delaram II, March 3. The new arrival of RCT-2's main body of Marines meant more work to do be done for many wiremen within the regiment. As one of the first units to call this base home, RCT-2 is preparing for a long stay.
