A modern naval warship bearing hull number '70' is navigating a harbor waterway, accompanied by a smaller tugboat to its starboard side. The vessel displays a red and white flag at its stern and features a stealth-angled superstructure typical of contemporary frigate or corvette design. The scene is set against a tropical backdrop with green hills and partly cloudy skies.
