Lance Cpl. McGee, a New Orleans native, is an infantryman with Fox Company, 2nd Battalion, 2nd Marine Regiment, 2nd Marine Division currently under 4th Marine Regiment, III Marine Expeditionary Force, through the unit deployment program.
