CARTAGENA, Colombia -- U.S. Navy Adm. Kurt W. Tidd, commander of U.S. Southern Command, in a group photo with participants of the Meeting of the Northern Triangle Defense and Security Ministers hosted by Colombia’s Ministry of Defense June 24 in Cartagena.
