Joseph, of the 7400th Troop Medical Clinic (TMC) out of Miranda, Ariz., airbrushes an artificial wound using moulage techniques on Navy Hospital Corpsman 2nd Class Tha Lim, from the Expeditionary Medical Facility (EMF) Camp Pendleton Detachment I out of Sacramento, in preparation for a mass casualty training exercise. Lim role-played a casualty with a serious arm injury for the Navy medical specialists June 19, 2016.
