Multipurpose amphibious assault ship USS Bataan anchors in the waters of U.S. Naval Station Guantanamo Bay after 10 weeks in the vicinity of Haiti in support of earthquake relief operations as a part of Operation Unified Response, March 27. Landing Craft Air Cushion vessels transport equipment from Bataan to the naval station's Ferry Landing to be washed and reloaded before re-deploying back to the states.
