Lance Cpl. Jody W. England (Center Right) and Lance Cpl. Juan S. England and Peres, both water purification specialists, have the responsibility of providing the task force with potable water while in country during the deployment. The task force is participating in a multi-national, bilateral exercise with the Papua New Guinea Defence Force to increase interoperability and relations by sharing infantry, engineering, law enforcement and medical skills. England, from Casa Grande, Arizona, and Peres, from San Bernardino, California, are both water purification specialists with Task Force Koa Moana, originally assigned to Support Company, 9th Engineer Support Battalion, 3rd Marine Logistics Group, III Marine Expeditionary Force.
