    Sgt. Ronnie Anderson, 186th Engineer Company Alabama National Guard, is moving a stockpile of base rock for a horizontal engineering project on Route Crimson using a D-7 dozer at Cincu Training Range, Romania. The 186th Engineer Company is working with the 10th Romanian Engineers as partners in Resolute Castle 16, a multinational joint operation improving the infrastructure on allied bases in the eastern European region.
