A German Shepherd dog is actively digging or moving through sandy/dusty terrain in what appears to be a military or forward operating base environment. The dog appears to be a working or patrol dog, given the setting with military-style barriers and debris visible in the background. A small metallic object is visible in the foreground near the dog.
