Private Joseph J. Quitugua of 1st battalion, 294th Infantry Regiment Guam Army National Guard utilize the M110 semi-automatic sniper system to conduct sniper training during the Exportable Combat Training Capability exercise June 13 at Camp Roberts, California. XCTC focuses on fully instrumental and realistic collective training to certify platoon & company level training proficiency in coordination with First Army. Commanders and leaders assess their Soldiers strengths and weaknesses during a video review session after training which aids in their proficiency as an individual, team, platoon, unit and brigade.
