Seabees assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 133 place a concrete roof for the future hazardous material storage facility at Fena water treatment plant in Guam, June 16, 2016. NMCB 133 provides expeditionary construction and engineering (combat service support) to include horizontal and vertical construction; maintenance and operation of expeditionary bases and facilities; tactical sustainment bridging, humanitarian assistance through Construction Civic Action Details (CCAD),Civic Action Teams (CAT) and theater disaster response capabilities in the U.S. 7th fleet area of responsibility. NMCB 133 is assigned to Commander, Task Force (CTF) 75, the primary expeditionary task force responsible for the planning and execution of coastal riverine operations, explosive ordnance disposal, diving engineering and construction, and underwater construction in the U.S. 7th fleet area of responsibility.
