    Command Sgt. Maj. William Johnson, United States Division-Center command sergeant major, gives the opening speech at the grand opening of the new Freedom Rest on Camp Victory March 30. Freedom Rest is designed as a place for Soldiers in Iraq, who may not have time to go on pass to Qatar, to rest and recuperate.
