U.S. Sailors, with Task Force Koa Moana, conduct combat lifesaving courses with Timorese soldiers, June 7-9, 2016, at Metinaro, Timor Leste, during Exercise Crocodilo 16, as part of their deployment to nations in the Asia-Pacific nations. The CLS class provides instruction for treating patients in a combat scenario, from assessing the wounded to conducting nine line casualty evacuation radio operations. Exercise Crocodilo is a multi-national, bilateral exercise designed to increase interoperability and relations by sharing infantry, law enforcement, combat lifesaving and engineering skills.
