PHILADELPHIA – Rep. Charlie Dent listens to Capt. Benjamin Cooper describe the Coast Guard’s aids to navigation mission in the Delaware Bay region, Monday, June 13, 2016.

The tour, hosted by Cooper, the commander of Coast Guard Sector Delaware Bay, was provided to give an overview of the Coast Guard’s multi-mission role in the region, covering topics such as maritime safety and security, response and law enforcement.
