ARABIAN GULF (June 13, 2016) A Landing Craft Air-Cushion watercraft debarks the USS Boxer (LHD 4) to transport troops and equipment ashore in preparation of sustainment training in the 5th Fleet and Central Command areas of responsibility June 13. The 13th MEU is conducting sustainment training to maintain proficiency and combat readiness while deployed with the Boxer Amphibious Ready Group during Western Pacific Deployment 16-1.
