The Coast Guard team posted a winning time of 53 minutes in which all four members completed unassisted a one-mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 squats followed by another mile run, while wearing a 20-pound body armor vest. The challenge is named after Navy SEAL Lt. Michael Murphy, who was killed in action in Afghanistan on June 28, 2005, and the event was held to honor his sacrifice and that of all other fallen veterans as part of Memorial Day celebrations.
