Philip Cooper, a team leader with the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA), screens dirt in hopes of finding possible evidence during a DPAA investigation mission in Chin State, Myanmar, May 13, 2016. Cooper and eight DPAA team members deployed to the area in hopes of recovering the remains of seven U.S. Army Air Forces personnel unaccounted-for from World War II.
