Spc. Michael Sigley, a diver with the 569th Engineer Dive Detachment, plunges into the Port of Tacoma to inspect a small tugboat during the Joint Logistics Over the Shore training, June 7. Members from the detachment assisted units from Fort Eustis, Va. and the Washington State Army Reserve and National Guard during the JLOTS training.
