Sgt. 1st Class Travis Kelbaugh, platoon sergeant with Charlie Company 3rd Battalion, 15th Infantry Regiment, 2nd Infantry Brigade Combat Team, 3rd Infantry Division conducts an after action review Jun. 4, 2016 following a squad live-fire exercise at the International Peacekeeping and Security Center as part of Joint Multinational Training Group-Ukraine.
