Military personnel, appearing to be Marines in camouflage uniforms, are conducting what appears to be a training exercise or drill on the flight deck of a naval vessel at sea. The ship is underway, as evidenced by the visible wake trailing behind it. The personnel are spread across the deck in a dispersed formation, some appearing to aim or handle weapons toward target silhouettes positioned along the deck perimeter.
