358th Civil Affaris Brigade, Detachments 9-22 stand with their Yellow Banners in front of the Ultimate Weapon statue at Army Support Activity-Dix's Sharpe Field, March 20. The 358th CA Bde., Det. 9-22, is an Army Reserve unit out of Riverside, Calif. The unit will deploy to Iraq and work with the Iraqi government to help rebuild the country's infrastructure. The Yellow Banner is given to units who mobilize through ASA-Dix as a symbolic gesture that they are in the thoughts and well-wishes of the community. The banner is hung in Infantry Park while the unit is deployed and given back to the organization upon its return.
