U.S. Air Force and Massachusetts Air National Guard Maj. John Koegel, an
F-15 Eagle fighter aircraft pilot assigned to the 131st Expeditionary

May 26, 2016. The deployment serves as part of Operation Atlantic Resolve,
which focuses on conducting training alongside NATO allies and partners to
strengthen interoperability and demonstrate U.S. commitment to a Europe that
is whole, free, at peace, secure and prosperous. The 131st EFS is composed
of Airmen assigned to the 104th Fighter Wing, Barnes Air National Guard
